Het Industriegebouw is situated right in the middle of the industrious Hoogkwartier district. Het Hoogkwartier is the city triangle in between the Mariniersweg, Goudsesingel, Oostplein and Burgermeester van Walsumweg. The Hoogstraat is one of the oldest known street names in Rotterdam. This street shows the first signs of the steady transformation of this neighbourhood in terms of new hospitality, retail concepts and numerous stores that settle in this neighbourhood. It is a neighbourhood characterized by reconstruction architecture, lots of greenery and constant area development.
