1. *You can win an office of 67m2, of which three months are completely rent-free. A six-month growth trajectory towards a market-based rental price follows this. Please note: The start-up bears the entire period's service costs, electricity, and municipal taxes.
2. *Termiq mentorship consists of 15 sessions over 12 months.
3. *Nimsys offers a free 12-month internet subscription with a VLAN of 30 Mbps. They also pay the connection costs.
4. *Man met Bril offers the coffee 'Blend Box' once a month for a year, including delivery to the office.
5. Studio Beige offers an hour of strategic and creative advice regarding your corporate identity and identity.
6. All entries must be submitted before 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 25, August 25, the deadline for the first round of selection.
7. Registrations must be submitted by email to info@hetindustriegebouw.nl with the subject Pitch.
8. The registration must contain the following information:
- A brief introduction of your startup, including date of establishment, target group and core activities;
- A detailed motivation of why your startup makes a difference in the market and why you should qualify for an office space in HIG and a year-long mentorship by Termiq;
- A statutory extract from the Chamber of Commerce trade register;
- Contact details and recent team photo.
9. The total pitch must be at most 1000 words.
10. After the first round, which closes on August 25, 2024, at 6:00 PM, the ten best entries will be invited for a fifteen-minute pitch. After this, a professional jury will select the five best proposals for a pitch. This will occur on October 3, 2024, between 3:00 and 6:00 PM.
11. Participation is open to startups that have not been operational for more than two years at the time of submission and are looking for growth opportunities.
12. All registrations must meet the stated guidelines and conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification.
13. The office space in HIG, the free internet subscription from Nimsys, the blend box from Man Met Bril, the graphic design advice from Studio Beige and the mentorship from Termiq are awarded to the winning startup based on a decision by the professional jury. That decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner will be announced in writing by email and via HIG's website and social media.
15. Personal information provided upon registration will be treated confidentially and used only for this program.
16. Unfortunately, you cannot participate in this pitch as an existing HIG tenant or Termiq customer.
