# Him FAQ

What is Het Industriegebouw Modern (HI.M)?Het Industriegebouw Modern (HI.M) is a monument to art and design and is the name of our growing corporate collection housed within the building. This includes murals and installations displayed throughout our 22,000 m² listed national monument. The collection currently consists of around ten artworks and is expanded and enriched annually with more site-specific works, exhibitions, and events.

Can I visit Het Industriegebouw Modern as an individual visitor?Absolutely! HI.M is open to the public during special occasions such as Rotterdam Art Week, Museumnacht010, and Open Monument Days.

Would you prefer a private visit with your own group on a date of your choice? We would be happy to arrange it! Contact us at <hi@himodern.nl>. An enthusiastic guide will take you behind the scenes of Het Industriegebouw on a one-hour art and architecture tour, including a cup of filter coffee from By Jarmusch.

How can I purchase a ticket to visit HI.M?If a tour or event is scheduled, we will announce it through our social media account (@hi\_monument). You can then reserve tickets through our webshop:[ www.hetindustriegebouw.nl/tickets](https://hetindustriegebouw.nl/en/tickets/)

I purchased a ticket but unexpectedly cannot attend the tour. What should I do?You may reschedule your ticket once for another available date, provided you do so at least 24 hours in advance. After this deadline, rescheduling is no longer possible. Unfortunately, ticket refunds are not available.

Can I visit Het Industriegebouw Modern with my company?Yes, this is also possible! The content of the tour and the ideas behind it remain the same, but the date and time can be arranged in consultation with us. A customised tour comes at a slightly different price, but it offers an original and affordable company outing. Upon request, we can also organise a special package with our in-house hospitality partners. For these enquiries, please contact us at <hi@himodern.nl>.
