Het Industriegebouw is like a neighbourhood in a modern city: a welcoming environment with a great coffee shop, an artisan bakery and a pleasant terrace where you can unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.

 Het Industriegebouw feels like a neighbourhood within a modern city: a place where you work, meet others and enjoy spending time. It has a great coffee shop, an artisan bakery and a welcoming terrace for lunch, after-work drinks or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

When shaping our community, we focus on balancing quality and diversity. Rather than bringing together ten companies from the same sector, we create a healthy and inspiring network of entrepreneurs from a wide range of disciplines. It is precisely this mix that encourages cross-pollination, creates new partnerships and builds a vibrant community in which tenants strengthen, inspire and support one another.

**Team**  
Behind Het Industriegebouw is a dedicated team that works every day to keep the building thriving. From community management and facilities support to promoting our tenants, together we ensure that Het Industriegebouw remains an inspiring place to work, do business and connect with others.

Desiree van den Wittenboer and Eva Sharo make up the management team and are the first point of contact for prospective tenants. With their personal, approachable style and clear vision, they help new entrepreneurs find the right workspace within the community.

Together with the rest of the team, they work every day to create an environment centred on entrepreneurship, creativity and connection. Our building manager, Raymond, makes a very tangible contribution to that mission. With his craftsmanship, solution-oriented approach and infectious smile, he ensures that Rotterdam’s grand dame looks her very best every day.
