Want to rent a dedicated desk in our co-working space? Your desk (not a flex spot) has a fixed internet connection and a handy compartment to store your valuables. Use our meeting rooms to receive your customers or to give a presentation, use the spacious kitchens and lounge areas to grab lunch and refocus, use our servicedesk as the extension of your company to accept customers or packages.

 Rent your own permanent desk—not a flexible hot desk, but a dedicated workspace with a fixed internet connection and lockable storage.     ## Unit

 

A unit is an office in our co-working spaces. The advantage of a unit is that you get to enjoy your office environment with all facilities one expects within a professional organisation. Meeting rooms with presentation possibilities, a professional servicedesk to receive your guests and packages, spacious kitchens and lounge areas for informal meetings. Office units are available in various sizes; they are perfect for smaller organisations and startup companies.

- For example, a 42 m² unit can be rented for €1,295 per month, excluding VAT and including service charges.
- You start with a **20 Mbps** symmetrical fibre-optic connection, ideal for everyday business use. As your organisation grows or its bandwidth requirements increase, you can easily upgrade to **50 Mbps** or **100 Mbps**.
- Flexible contract with a six-month term and a three-month notice period.

   ## (Private) office

 

A (private) office is available to rent from approximately 67 m² up to 500 m². Enjoy all the benefits of having your own office while being right at the heart of the vibrant HIG community.

- For example, a 67 m² office can be rented for €1,158.55 per month, excluding VAT and including service charges.
- For example, a 150 m² private office with its own kitchen and toilet can be rented for €2,837.50 per month, excluding VAT and including service charges.
- Service charges include building-related installations, district heating, access to various meeting rooms, lounge areas and phone booths, the Service Desk, a mail and parcel reception service, covered bicycle parking, showers and more.
- For both offices and private offices, you must arrange your own electricity and internet subscriptions.
- Lease terms range from one to five years, with a notice period of six or twelve months.
