The Van Tijen meeting room is a tribute to one of the two architects who designed our modernist monument and forms the crown jewel of the building. Willem van Tijen aspired to create an architectural style that connected modernism and Dutch tradition and thus introduced the shaking-hands method, a solid marriage between brick and concrete. Our Van Tijen meeting room is fully equipped and all set with beautiful design tables and chairs. Upon opening the curtains you're greeted by a panoramic glass wall that offers a view of the Rotterdam skyline. If the weather allows it, this facade opens up unto the balcony, allowing you to enjoy some post-meeting drinks in the sunshine, both in- and outdoors.
